Once you decide to begin services, we will send you our Service Agreement Packet. This packet provides details about our practice and requests important background information, such as:

• A history of prior treatments

• Current school placement

• Other relevant background details

This information helps us create a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to your child’s needs.

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will assess your child’s current skills to establish a baseline for measuring progress. Our assessment process may include:

• Parent interviews

• Direct observations

• Standardized and curriculum-based assessments

For children displaying maladaptive behaviors, a Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) will also be conducted. After the assessment, a detailed report is submitted to the appropriate funding source for authorization to begin services.

Once authorization is approved, our scheduling department will reach out to arrange your child’s therapy sessions. Each treatment team is composed of a Clinical/Case Supervisor and one or more Behavior Interventionists, depending on the intensity of services required.
